No updates. Savvy is sending me a hoop for the bumper when it comes out (thanks Gerald ), and I have an upper rear arm bracket that's extremely wallowed out that I need to fix but other than that, I'm at school in Utah, and it's under a cover at home in MD till I return.

I used to have a black LJ and ruined it... I found a white one to replace it but I've never been a huge fan of white (looked alright just not my fave) I kept thinking about how good yours looked so I finally pulled the trigger on a white LJ and white is really growing on me... Just saying you got a nice LJ man keep up the work

Glad to hear I had an influence! White wasn't my first choice when I was looking for my jeep either but one popped up and it really grew on me too. I love it now! Congrats on the new rig.

I wasn't allowed, it's quite a haul to drive here from Maryland too. I'll have it out here within the next few years.

Not that anybody cares but i'm bored and haven't posted anything is a long time. Been thinking about what I want to do this summer, and since I'll hopefully be bringing it to Utah with me in the fall, i think I'll just finally do/fix all the little things i've been wanting to do.

Mainly (for durability and drivability):
-Fix wallowed out control arm mounts and messed up arms

Next (for a snowy/salty area):
-Repaint/powdercoat bumpers, rockers, coils, wheels, and anything else that could use it.
-Some sort of spare tire snowboard rack

Than just get a couple of the littler things I'd like if possible:
-Ravine wheels?
-full rubber floor mats/bedlined?
-stereo
-seat covers

Sounds good! Im the kid who bought your brothers Wagoneer, by the way.

I was checking out your TJ when I picked it up, looks pretty awesome. My dad has a white 2000 that I do most of the work on. I need to put a V8 tie rod on it as well. And the whole exhaust has to be redone.

You say you have full soft doors for sale? Id be very interested.

-Austin

PM me if your really interested in selling those soft doors!

I would only have to agree... thats quite a beating on a skid plate when 2tons of weight gets slammed on top of it...

Great to see it hold up so well...

The only concern I have, is that skids overlap, and one of them is layered where I would see if you are reversing on a rock, would that get you to HANG on it, or how did you see it happen in your case?

I've never had a problem that I can remember with having that little overlap catch on something. It's really not bad, even if you did hang up it's nothing giving it some gas wouldn't fix.
