That's funny, I was up today and left around 5:30.

And thanks for the compliments. I won't be able to make it to Rausch for a little while, I need to save some money first. I believe the next trip I'll be on is our club's (Baltimore 4 Wheelers) annual Ice Breaker run on the first of the year.

A Savvy Christmas it was.

It's raining now so I can't paint yet, and I'm still waiting on the hardware, but it looks awesome!

Merry Christmas!

I am anxious to see this on your rig. I have a white LJ also and am contemplating this bumper in the near future. It looks amazing sitting there, get it put on already!

I know! I'm still waiting on the weather so I can paint it, and than I'm waiting on my hardware package. Trust me I can't wait! Probably on either tomorrow or Sunday. I'd love to leave it aluminum, but it just doesn't go with white.

i really like that bumper too, but still have no winch and also id feel bad painting it since a part of the coolness is the aluminum..

nice christmas present!

I'll be doing the bumper black and sanding and clear coating the stainless recovery tabs to give them a nice brushed metal finish than leaving all of the grade 8 hardware gold. I'm not sure whether i'll be painting or installing the fairlead mount just yet being that I don't have a winch.

Wow, that's beautiful. I'm jealous though; mine was out on the truck for delivery, and they ran out of time last night, so now it's scheduled for the 29th! Get that thing painted up soon, I can't wait to see what it looks like on your Jeep. I still haven't decided for sure whether to paint mine black or not...

Yeah, well I still haven't recieved my hardware yet. You have my hardware and I have your bumper! It's rainy and cold here, so I may wait before I start painting it. I also need to pick up a can of self etching primer.

Everything is painted and installed. I'll get some pics tomorrow. Go to the Savvy Bumper Install thread by superwade2 to see some crappy pictures or if you want any info.

Looks nice, but where are the lights going when you get a winch?
