Alright let me update this a bit. I didnt do anything to the jeep up intil today.

For some reason I woke up in the painting mood, so I went out got some sand paper for the DA and some paint.

I also bought a little cutoff wheel for 20 bucks. lol

But anyway I just wanted to see if I like the paint today so of course I started on the hood. haha I only did about a 1/4 of the hood so far but I did the top of the fender and the front part of the fender also. Tell me what you think so far, i'll post pictures of everything once I get done for today. Btw, im not going to be done today I may do the whole hood but not sure yet. lol

Cool. Thats got to be the best part of a jeep is that you don't mind hittin it with a rattle can for no reason.

Just read the whole build, reminds me of my YJ. Your so lucky you have an AX-15 and not a BA 10-5. 2000 is a steal for that thing with all the tops and doors and it looks great lifted.

Haha i know right, I bought sand paper to sand my sisters hood and went to buy paint for her, and saw the gloss and was like hmmm, and bought it. lol

Thanks man, I am glad I got it too. I was thinking about waiting on it, but just decide to buy it luckily I did because the guy said he had two guys coming later to look at it, so I gave him 200 for a deposit on Christmas Eve. So it was a good Christmas for me.

Thanks man I like it there, its easy to turn on and off and change channels right there. And do it, I love the lift.

I just ordered the SYE kit for 169.99, so now I need to hit up the junkyard and get an XJ front shaft, then get that shortened and balanced.

Hopefully the SYE will be an easy install, I may need to get some help on this one. hahaha

Well just put the first coat of paint on the jeep.

my fingers are hurting right now. I will wait a few more mins and do it all again.
