I decided i should start a build for you guys.

This is our first jeep it is a 93 2.5 5spd

This is how we got the jeep

We wheeled it like this for a month then got underneath it and found the front u jounts were shot. and we were having some electrical issues. so we loaded it on the trailer and brought it home.

The plan:
rebuilt the ax-5 (DONE, $50 from a awesome trans builder)
Fabtech 3.5 (DONE)
8.8 swap (DONE)
fix the rust (MOSTLY DONE)
flat fenders
armor
d30 rebuild (DONE)
paint the frame (DONE)
paint tub
line tub (GOING TO WAIT)
body mount kit (DONE)
custom 1/4" booms (FRONT DONE)
lighting and maybe some LED fun

when we got it home i took the forklift to it

then the build started and the jeeps current state.

i picked up the d30 today from the blasters and shot it with some DP40 and made 2 of the front booms 1/4" plate & 1/4" lift also cleaned up the front shafts and painted them. more to come

ya i got it it looks like it will fir in the garage we will see when it is done.

it has the normal rust by the jeep logo and the front fenders. but that will get fixed with some flat fenders and body work.

well took a step back this weekend. i ended up having to pull the tub to fix some issues on the frame. i also needed more room to take out the body mount bolts that broke off. but i did end up getting a lot done.

the reason for pulling the tub also the rear shock mount was rusted out a bit.

tub off (gotta love a lift.)

front mount and shock mount fixed

striped the rear for paint.

all painted.

tomorrow i am going to start reassembling the frame and work on the body mounts.
