Whats Misty up to?

Not bad for a Jeep twice the age.

Certainly no complaints here! I know I have many more years of having fun with Alice. Precluding some horrible moose-related accident of course.

Did a bit of tailgating yesterday. Grabbed a bunch of beer and a buddy, threw the cooler in the back and set up shop in the parking lot of the comcast center in hartford for Mayhem Fest. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper at work today. Still going to head out wheeling today. I think we now have at least 4 going - maybe 6.

Looks like a fun weekend to me!

My god! The horseflies!!!! Andy, Tyler and I went out last night with a few of my buddies. There were deerflies the size of your thumb!

Pictures will follow later - but Alice had her first water crossings and I made it up a side trail that took the life of my buddies tie-rod.

Overall - an absolutely fantastic night with a bunch of great guys

Sounds like a great time!

I think your group needs some square head lights though

We ABSOLUTELY do. We had 3 TJs and 2 JKs. Diversity is the spice of life!
Next time we make plans Ill throw you a PM if you are interested.
It was a great time - then of course we all convoyed back to the bar to grab a round of beer and wings. I think it was a damn near perfect day.

Just got my drain plugs out. It was much easier than I expected it to be. Cross 4' of water... Jeep stays dry. Parked in a parking lot.... 3" of water. Go figure.

Well of course! I wrote about the trail casualty but I forgot to include it wasn't even a wrangler - but a very tough little truck.

I must say though - there are few pleasures in life that top rolling down from the Berkshires... windows off - raining rather pleasantly at dusk and seeing the headlights of a Jeep convoy behind you.

Ok - so here are some more pics from my friends camera. I have a disposable that has pics from last time and yesterday that I need to get developed - so I hope this satisfies the "This thread is useless without pics" for now.

Kate and Alice, Tyler and Misty, Josh and (Insert perfect name for new Jeep here) - lastly Mike and the newly-dubbed Swamp B****. Absent are Greg and the hobbled S10 and Danny and the other new JK. Of course, Andy and his Jeep as well. We will get them photoshopped in. Or just do it all over again!

This is how Jeeps get their names. I present to you the moment that Swamp B**** got her namesake.

Convoy shot!

This one shows the type of terrain we were on the best

Others to come, I swear!
