Yeah, I went out storm chasing yesterday and hit a good pocket of pea-sized hail in Enfield which was probably what you got.

Soon.... but before I can go all willy nilly with wet drives I want to get the carpet out and bedline it.

The trektop is functioning as a bikini top right now... and the wildboar will most likely be in the fall if I still plan to get it this year. It is a very expensive luxury

They should make it right...

In point of fact, I don't complain about rust; I don't live far enough to the north.

Well - we had a major crisis at work so I have been staying late and stressing out. Sorry guys!

No progress on Alice but a cyclical vibe at high speeds has progressed to a constant vibe above 30mph. I'll probably remove the driveshaft and see if that has anything to do with it first.

I was wondering too. Hope all work issues smoth out soon.

Did you get the u joints changed out? I know you said you had some go bad in a hurry. If you did change out the rear ones you might have issues with the front driveline joints. Your thinking along the right lines, those kind of vibes are usually from the drivelines.

My rear are wearing out because of what I believe is a less than optimal pinion angle. My fronts are also new and should be fine. We will see this afternoon.

Incorrect angles are a suboptimal way to wear out your rear...

From experience I would tend to agree. Its gotta be the optimal angle to feel right.
