I KNOW! Believe me, its pissing me off. Next paycheck im investing in a reasonably complete tool set, then it will be warm enough to work outside.

Just you wait. Once im done with grad school, ill be getting my own house. My requirements are nice garage and enough land to play in the jeep with.

Have alice back without the driveshaft. That was definitely the problem, shaking is gone. Steering was back to normal.

Hate to hear you driveshaft messed up. My old YJ I use to have started vibrating like crazy on the highway and ended up being a worn U joint but, I guess it having 220k at the time wasn't so bad being original lol.

Soccer six in the mix.

Mine only has 90,000 miles. But at least I have a nearly new driveshaft.

Thats for sure hopefully you will have grease able zerks which will help the joints from drying out especially when mud and all the road junk hits them.

Soccer six in the mix.

I am with you there. I like chrome. Grew up with harleys and lets face it-i may be smart, but I like shiny things. Probably why I have 20 piercings.

On a jeep however, im not so hot for it. All of my chrome is going. Dont you fret.

Mine are always very tasteful, and highly meaningful to my life. I have planned them for certain milestones for years.

So, no offense friend. But its my life and I will do what I want. If that makes me less attractive to some, then they cant handle my personality.
