the only thing im planning on still to do is im going to make myself a new front bumper and get a winch. I already have a sweet rear bumper with swing out tire/ gas can carrior that i made i will have to take a pic of it if anyone is interested in seeing that too. I forgot to mention that i have posi front and rear. No need to lock it around here not enough rocks. Would however like a ox locker rear. But maybe down the road I will get that if i need it.

Nice work on it buddy!

Now I am goin' to have to change the FAQ in the YJ section about your Jeep running Ford power. Glad that you decided to leave the dark side

well reading your write up on the chevy 350 was one of the reasons that i went that direction. And talking to some people around here about the power curves of the 350 comparied to the 302. How the 350 has way way way way way way more low end torque then the 302. I was going to go with full width chevy dana 60 axles. But it would have been way to wide. So went with the dana 44 waggy axles. Wish i would have gone for the wide track. but im happy. thanks for the complements

How did you attach that basket to the hard top? How much can it support?

Its just attached to the hard top with 6 peices of 2inch flat strap. bolted to the hard top its self. with braces on the inside of the hard top. I would guess that it would hold 300 lbs. just fine maybe more. Its strong. Its a better set up then most roof racks i think. but i may be bias.
