That trailer looks nice. I think the problem is the platinum. You need something good to drink.

Its funny you say that as everyone gives me heck for drinking it . Dont get me wrong , I like other beers but I seem to come back to the platinum .

The trailer is starting to look less like a project and more like a trailer so I agree with you that it is looking good .

Lastly I am heading off to the junkyard in a little while . I will update you tonight . And I have a few ideas on your bike carrier .

Sweet. Try woodchuck and let me know what the thoughts are. I will be working this weekend but still looking at attempting something next weekend unless you complicate it past my level (which aint hard).

Hey, you could probably do some sanding, too! Also, I want to know where this Super Secret Junkyard Parts Repository is located.

If it's worth doing, then it's worth overdoing.

I will check out the Woodchuck if I see it . Tonight I will try and draw up the design nothing too crazy . I did make it to the junkyard , the last TJ they had was missing the whole front clip .

I will draw it up tonight .

In addition to sanding , I have been doing yard work in between skim coats. Thankfully both the yard work and sanding is about done . I should have the entire trailer in primer tonight .

Feel free to drop that truckload off in the front yard, here.

Its already gone , but you have a whole white oak waiting for you . This fall I will drop it and the limbs alone will heat your place all winter.

Loading pics now , it was a long day .

The bodywork is finished , and its all primer gray . Still a lot of wet sanding to do before I spray any paint .

I had my local machine shop break a pan for me to use as the front filler panel . They made it to tall , but gave me a killer deal on it .
With a little angle iron and tack welds I was able to make a break and bend the pan to match the angle of the tub .

Heres the filler panel fitted and adjusted to the tub .

I want to bedline it , but not sure which one I am going to go with yet . Any suggestions ? I like Line X , but not sure if I want to spend that much money right now .

Thats all the trailer progress for the day . Stay tuned for J truck updates ...

Both of the J trucks .

Blue de-razored

This is the start of me making blue "mine". Guess I will go over to the FSJ section and start a thread so this one doesnt get much more off track .

Last shot of the night , closing time .

Dang you were a busy boy. Nice work man. Trailer really looking close. I'll put my vote in for Raptor liner, Seems to be some pretty tough stuff and very easy to use.

Our high here today was 72 degrees , I wanted to take advantage of it as much as I could . The tree is all cleaned up in the yard , trailer is getting close and the Gladiator grill is moving forward. No wonder I am sore and dont want to get out of the chair

Seems like a lot of people are running Raptor and like it .I need to read up on it and Monster Liner to see what the differences are .

The end result seems pretty similar..... I'd just rather spray it than brush it on. It's really simple and clean the way the quarts just screw into the shutz gun, and especially since the trailer is just right there in front of you the prep work will be almost nil.

Buy quality cry once man. Are you looking to Line-X just the inside or the whole thing? It wouldn't cost that much...

Too bad you aren't closer, I could get you a great deal on that. When I feel like tearing the Jeep apart I'm getting my tub in Line-X with UV topcoat for what Monstaliner costs. I'm doing almost all the work though .
