Hey Beasley, have you noticed any deflection with the A to Z front bumper while winching?

While out wheelin' last weekend one of my buddies noticed the winch kinda pulling up a bit on the bumper where its mounted. I was a bit weary mounting it to just the bumper as its not too thick... So I think I'm putting the winch plate back on for safety sake. Just wondering if you noticed anything with yours.

All the spring hangers , shackles and leaf springs are recycled from a CJ . The axle and steel for the frame are the only new things on the trailer .

It was some good eating ! Maybe we can get Brandon to bbq at Uwharrie this fall ? I plan to camp at Arrowhead , and I usually grill some steaks while we are there .

I'll be jealous once you are finished...I sold my new black trailer. I was given an offer for it I couldn't refuse from a guy with a black JK. I'll be starting a new build this fall and I'm heavily leaning towards a very basic teardrop of sorts.

It would take a lot for me to sell this one , I have to much time invested to let it go easily . I am surprised you didnt feel the same way . Whats the chance of bringing the yellow trailer out of retirement ?
Will you build the teardrop on your current design or fab up a new larger frame ?

Its time to start collecting stuff for the outboarding project . I was going to make my own but the cost of the Barnes will more than be offset by the time I save .

Barnes 4wd , $80.38 and they are an awesome company to deal with ... plus shipping will be cheap .

I wish he had released those 2 years ago... I agree though that Barnes 4wd is an awesome company. I've ordered quite a few parts from him.

I have been looking at the rear outboarding lately too. You are welcome to practice install it all on mine to know it is done right to do it on yours. Deal? And thanks for not going ford towers.

I was afraid that in stock form the shock bodys could hit the bottom of the tower as they cycled through their motions . Thats why I was considering splitting the F250 tower and widening it .
