He's 14 now.
I see how similar they looked at that age after seeing the picture below .

Here's what mine looked like years ago.
I did , and thanks . He had a fun day and got a bunch of Legos . Legos yesterday=Happy Billy . Sadly his fish of three years died tonight so that put a little bit of a damper on the post birthday mood .

After burying Billy's fish my brother and I got to work on finishing the trailer wiring. I hate messing with 12V thankfully he is Nuclear engineer so this is cake work to him .

All of the wiring is inside of conduit so that it lessens the chance of something popping up on the trail and grabbing the harness .

And we have tail lights ! Everything is wired up with plugs so that it is easy to change the tail lights out in the future if the need arises . From everything I have read on the NC DOT website I dont need side markers as the trailers gvwr is going to be under 4000 lbs . Hopefully the trailer will pass the inspection and I can get tags on it soon .

I didnt get to test the wiring as the plug on the Jeep is dead . Upon further inspection , I found some history of harness hacking from the previous owner . Tomorrow that will get fixed , and then I will test out the trailer lights .

How hard will it be to license that?

I have the paperwork started , the next step is to go get it inspected and approved for road use . Once the SHP signs off on it , I can then apply for a title and tag . Hopefully they arent too picky and will approve what I have built .

SHP is normally easygoing as long as everything is kosher on your end. I'm officially jealous of your trailer, now; I demand that it be used as a pig-table on Friday, right about lunchtime.

NICE. I need to get something like this put together. Hopefully I can get the TJ done before winter so I can start building one.

Are you planning a tonneau cover or rack for above the trailer tub? Looks good

Your vote counts , now wheres my campaign contribution ?

In the last day I have been on a selling spree . Both canoes are gone , the BCS sickle bar is on its way out and I have two different people who want to come look at the Red truck . The regear and 35" tire money pile is growing
