The flat struts will make mounting stuff easy , but they dont clear the overflow and windshield wiper bottle so they only help you if your hi lining .

The parts are starting to come in .

Inner axle sleeves from Synergy . I am still waiting on shafts and ball joints . No worries , the front axle will get some attention
when I get back from Minnesota and all the parts are here .

Ok now these sleeves are very cool. I want to do this! I just read through the instructions. Pretty neat and has to add a lot strength. I might just jump on this one with you Beasley. Not sure I feel like taking it all back apart again right now. But maybe in a few weeks after I see just how yours came out.

They are supposed to add 30% more strength to the housing . I think with what I do that will be more then enough . I wont be able to install these
until I get back from Minnesota . As is typical for me , I will get home from work throw a bunch of parts on the LJ , load up the family, and head west .

The sleeves are an awesome plan. I purchased some from evolution offroad months and months ago and have not got around to installing them.

That would be ideal if I had enough time to make the loop .

I am still waiting on axleshafts and ball joints . I want to do everything over a long weekend . How do you plan on installing yours ? My plan is to insert the sleeves , drill through to them and then weld . That way I dont have to worry about getting the metal shavings out .
