That wagon looks pretty nice. Does she run, rust etc? You really dont see many cheap Willys anymore at least around here so I'd say that isnt terrible pricewise.

I've actually been looking for an old Willys (Jeep, or truck) to restore so I have something to tinker with when the trailers done. Right now we got our eye on a 48 willys (I believe a CJ2a off the top of my head) and also a 42 GPW but the guy wants too much. They need a ton of work, but cruising around in an old flatty would be awesome.

I will update as usual, I will have the rig for 4 weeks. So who knows how this may go. I foresee almost a show car like finish for it's next trip to Utah though.

I fear I might have said to much.

The price went up to $6500 due to a miscommunication ? Sounds odd to me , but it does have an entire new modern jeep driveline with less than 100 miles on it with receipts . But its way above what I want to put into another toy .

An old flatty would be awesome , though not easy to drive when your 6'2" tall .

BBQ&paint.com

Today I tried to buy a battery bracket to make the high lining a little easier. I called Poison Spyder first and was told that they didnt have a way to sell the bracket separate but a lot of people called asking to buy just it .

Tomorrow I will call Rokmen and see what they have to say . Other than those two I don't see anyone else who is making them , heck maybe I need to make to make up a dozen or so for friends and family .

I dont , but Hendrix needs a stock tray and and bracket . Maybe Rokmen will sell me a relocation bracket tomorrow ? If not I am not sure who else makes them ? I wish I had time to just make my own , but I am busy with work and for now its worth paying for the time someone else put into the design .

The Rokmen one works ok. It is made for the optima batteries though. If you don't have an optima you won't be able to use their strap as they intended. I have the die hard platinum so I am using their tray with heavy duty zip ties and the aluminum top piece they provided.

I used a battery box from BTF for about 29 bucks. Welded some studs to match up with existing holes in the firewall and used the stock CJ support arm. Not sure if TJs have one. Works great w my high line
