JKU on tons, v8, 41.5" iroks

We started with a 2wd used JKU as we know we are swapping the drive train, axles, suspension.
The Axles were pulled then the body was lifted off the frame.

The next step was cut off all the old mounts that we were no longer going to use.

Shown below is the GM 14 bolt FF rear axle. We are using a full blown competition truss on this axle. It consists of a HD inner truss over the differential which ties into a pinion guard via a bolt on bridge. Next is the full length truss which ties into the interior truss. This setup is extremely HD! You can also see our bolt on disc brake brackets for the 14 bolt in the pictures along with the HD Motobilt Diff Covers
