I wasn't 100% satisfied with how my bumpers turned out so I traded them for some other Jeep parts for my scrambler. Going to start building some new ones after the first of the year but for now have the factory ones back on.
Had the top off for a while and got caught in a monsoon and ruined the carpet. Pulled it all out, think I'm going to bedline it eventually.
My son wanted to take some pics of our jeeps a while back on a stump so here are the poser shots
Went wheelin on Sat and popped the RF tire and dented up the RR corner
Since I traded my bumpers a while back I didn't have my fullsize spare so I rode home on a stock tire
Now that I'm in the market for tires and I've beat the Jeep up a bit, I'm thinking about building it up a little. If I can sell my scrambler for around what I have in it, I'm considering a HP Dana 44, Super 44 the rear, 5.13s, ARB lockers and 37s or keep my 39 Iroks off the scrambler and 1 ton it. Leaning more towards the first option to keep it more streetable. Not sure if I want to hi line it but really diggin these Rokmen and Genright built rigs. First one is on 40s and the other 2 on 37s.
I have wheeled with that rig! It was sold to a buddy of mine who lived nearby before he relocated to Nevada. It is a beast, although it looks nothing like that now. Everything Rokmen except the front fenders and beadlocks was stripped off and sold to another buddy of mine and it is now wrapped in Savvy. I'll see if I can find a recent pic of it. Your rig would look sick set up like that.
BTW, having a rig like yours would definitely make the loss of "Taildragger" easier to bear if you do actually sell it. Look forward to following this build.
