Trackbar bracket at the axle end has been changed from single shear to double shear. I didn't have time to get more sandpaper today so nothing happened with that. Fuel cell has been removed and a new set of braided stainless lines were made along with some bulkhead fittings so the lines can pass through the floor.

Funny as that's exactly what I had planned for that.

Looks good, its weird seeing the Jeep in your Garage.

Thanks. I feel a little better having the extra metal there. I'm trying to convince the wife to let me get a set ORI struts. It would be a nice clean setup with no swaybar, bumpstops, coil springs, shocks, or limit straps.

I have ALLOT more convincing to do. lol

Instead of buying bumpers I think I'm going to make my own. I have a plan for a gen-right similar low profile rear bumper, and a nice clean slim front winch bumper with clevises. I need to get the bodywork done first.

The single shear was similar to Mrblaines design, he has been single shearing them for decades. I see no failure in the future. Especially now with the extra plate.

Keep at it, I am ready to see her with a new shade of grey....

I should have the hood and windshield frame back next week sometime. I need to have all my sanding done on the body by next weekend. Should have the tub painted in two weeks. I'm sure the trackbar was just fine. It was beefy. Its just one of those things that I would be thinking about ALL the time.

When is the Dumpster going to be ready?
