Have you tried Demerol? OxyContin? I know they are a heavy narcotic though. MMJ? Surgery?

New Lares TJ box ready to get drilled and tapped. Anything special I need for lines for the hydro assist? Looks like PSC has a generic kit that you assemble. Never done it.

Do I need to crimp them on? Do they work like an -an fitting? Are they already assembled?

No, they are pretty self explanatory. You have to assemble them with a vice to hold the nut while you screw the fitting into the hose. Similar to an AN fitting just way more heavy duty. It requires a heavy duty hose to do what a cylinder does. I tried a 300 psi and the cylinder will see pressures over 1000 psi, you can imagine what happened the first time I went lock to lock.

Edit : I have some good pictures in the flops build, I will see if I can find them.

Direct link to the pictures in the Flop build thread. Hope this helps. A few pages back will show the Parker fittings I tried first, all they did is blow out as the steering topped out.

PSC Hose kit install

Pictures for today. I should have help to get the fenders on tomorrow. My back is too bad to do it myself and I'm afraid of messing up the paint.
