Yep it's an Or-fab. But while Q-tec shows a price of $318, 4WD Hardware shows a price of $368. You'd think Q-tec would be the way to go, but you'd be wrong. Once you ad in shipping and the surcharge, the Q-tec price is $373. That's $5 more. I guess they like to show lower prices and hope they can sneak in the extra charges at check out, with out you noticing. Pretty stupid, but I'm sure people don't even think about it. The 4WD price is $368 shipped.

I tried to find it cheaper, but didn't have any luck, if you know where it's cheaper....shut up.

Make sure you install that line under load. Pull off of a parked car or a tree or something. Have someone sit in the jeep and put it in neutral and stand on the brakes, then winch the jeep in with you in front of the jeep so you can watch how it's spooling, having them steer side to side as needed. Not loading the winchline while spooling it can lead to pre-mature failure down the road if you use it before doing so. You need to re-spool it like that after every use. It takes time, but as expensive as synthetic is, you don't want to **** that up.

Oh, and get rid of that hook and buy a safety thimble from Thor at viking Offroad. Www.winchline.com

Rear Currie 4" coils - 190 shipped. (They've been sitting in the back of my Jeep for mock up but won't work out for me.)

Hornblasters Shocker S4 horn set with some extras $210 shipped. (It is not OBA, just an accessory for OBA)

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.

IndyORV- Dick and fart jokes, titties, throttle, flops, beer, tater balls, and good times.

Thanks for the tip...you know I was going to have to look it up before hand. Installing the safety thimble looks like it could be a pain, but I do like them.

I can't wait for that bumper to get here.

I know how you feel. I had my lift in my room under my desk for 3-4 months before I actually put it on.

It was a long 3 months ahahah.

I bought my line from Viking, and paid for a thimble then, so mine came on it, but Blaine assures me that when I break the line, I can resplice it easily. He said it's really simple, and the first time takes the longest. If he thinks I can do it, then you can do it. lol

You don't buy the thimble because you like it, you buy it because it's WAY safer than a damned hook.

You girls need to quit whining about having to wait. Try being in another country for almost a year knowing you had parts waiting to go on. lol

I'm a little afraid of cutting and braiding my brand new line, so even if I could do it, I don't know if I'd have to guts to do it.

It's all about your point of view.

Oh, I just ordered these......

My wife and kids said I needed a "step" like the YJ had...

I'll have to stop buying stuff until I see if the lift causes any vibes or anything, I hope not, so keep your fingers crossed for me.

EDIT: On 122810 I cancelled the order for these, since Q-tec couldn't give me a ship date.
