Awesome build man! Where you had to cut and fit where the transmission sticks up into the tub looks great. That thing is gonna be sweet

Got to work today. A friend came over to lend a hand.

Stripped down the front axle. Installed the REID knuckles, and assembled the truss and tacked it into place. Also check out that awesome tie rod

Then I welded the tubes of the 14b to the housing.

Then I assembled and got the rear truss tack together.

Then I put the rear corner back on and trimmed where the boatsides are.

Up for tomorrow is the rear cross member, and getting ready for some links

The cut on the rear corners is my favorite and that truss is boss. Love where you're taking this build.

Didnt get much of anything done today.
Lied some pvc out to get an idea of what I need for the rear link setup.

Didn't do much after that. Still trying to play around with some numbers to get the right setup back there. Also have to go pick up some more steel.

Worked on the front today. Didnt get as far as I would have liked to, but Ill take what I can get.

Made some beefy CA brackets (passenger side)

(driver side)

Mock up arms

Next up is the track bar and steering box. Some time I wish I went with full hydro to make my life simpler.

Its been awhile since I updated this. Well the village came down on my *** and gave me a 2 week notice to get my step van out of our drive way. So I walked away from the jeep, called a few friends over and supplied some beer.

Started out with this

In one night 3 of us turned it into this. (we thought the free beer would lure people in to lend a hand. We were wrong)

By the end of the day it turned into a huge pile of scrap. Spent the following weekend up chopping it into small pieces and bringing it to the scrapper.

Then I decided it was time to buy one of these

Then i made this,

To hold my nitrogen tank

Now its time for the jeep!!!
Ill let the photos talk.

The it was time for some ORI sexyness.
Busted out the tube bender that I have had for the last year and haven't used.

First set of tabs (did not like them)

So spent my time with the press break and made these.

Front on its own weight, such a great feeling!!!

Sittin low
