25 days - are they made to order or something?? Looks cool. Just curious, do you have to shave a little bit off from the ring gear for those parts to fit after you modify the diff housing?

Any luck with all the stuck bolts?

Also, do you think you'll be driving this on the road much after the 39.5" tires are installed?

I haven't worked on the jeep or the axles for a few weeks. I need to buy a torch kit and I haven't had time to get one because of School.

The ring gear needs to be shaved to ~10". I plan on buying a pre shaved gear from ECGS.

Their products are usually on backorder. I don't think they can keep up with volume of orders because of their vast product spread. These are just my opinions. In the past is took me over 2 weeks to get simple brackets or tube inserts. Basically, if I ever order anything from them I plan on not needing it in any hurry.

As for driving on the street, Currently the jeep is basically a trailer queen. It sits in the garage until I want to go wheeling. Mainly because I don't want to run my trail tires on the street and i haven't had time to figure out my steering issue.

I will be starting my new job at Cummins as an Engineer in January. We plan to Move to Greenwood, south of indy, which would be a 30 mile commute for me one way.

Long story short, I want to be able to drive it on the street around town, to grocery, dinner etc. I plan to eventually find some 37"+ street tires.

37" street tires work pretty good with a 4 banger and your axle setup and 5.38 gears. Last weekend made it up to the mountains with mine for some trail work and trail running. Pretty happy how she did on 37" krawlers

Planning on ordering coilovers next week or the week after. Whenever I get time to do research on rates and sizes.

Not sure on what rates to get.

Looking for input on whether to run 16s up front and 14s in the rear, or just 14s all around. If I run the 16s, I'm going to cut the hood to be able to gain more uptravel.

I have to agree with spyder here. CO's through the hood looks completely badass. 16 front and 14 rear is my vote.

14" coilovers is about all you need, unless you want to get into desert racing or something like that

Frame backhalf parts?

Nice to see you'll be moving up this way. You'll have to meet Jeremy (redsmoke) @ Cummins once you start there.

Yeah Back half parts. Moab Offroad, the local shop had an ATX frame kit in stock, so I didn't have to wait or have it shipped. They had another customer who installed one several months ago.

What department is Jeremy in?

Not the jeep, but the trailer.
Drilled 19 3/4" holes in my trailer today... Good thing christmas is coming soon, because it's going to be lit up like a chirstmas tree
