congrats!

Take it out on the highway before you make a decision about those gears! Mine screeeeams at 60 mph, I cant wait to re-gear it, and I am probably going to go with 3.08 and 35s

Jeep 1:Used to have a 93 YJ 2.5l- 3.5" Black Diamond, Chevy TBI 5.7l V8, SM 465 4 speed, 8.8 rear( 4.10, L/S), rhinoline, Mile Marker 9000, NP 231, Had to sell it due to college
Jeep 2: 89/91 YJ, 4BT Cummins, NV4500, NP 231, Old Man Emu 2.5" suspension lift, 1" body lift.....Runs and drives, but very much a project

Yeah your probably right.ill take it for a spin first..I'm thinkin 4.10 gears and 37's.. just cuz this is going to be my dd and weekend rig. I think 4.10 would be the best of both worlds.

Man, I must just drive a lot faster than anyone else haha, but the reason I want to re-gear so high is so it can be my DD if I want it to. Right now I have 4.10s, but only 31s, and I feel like I need two more gears on the highway haha.

I am going to put 35s on it before I re-gear it, but I just cant imagine ever needing more torque haha, so I would rather keep my RPMS low and get good mileage on the highway. We have 4Lo for a reason right haha.

Aweesome! Have you had anything break or wear out with that set up.?cuz that's what I'm worried about with mine.I love the torque and speed but just havnt ever messed around with gearing and angles before.not sure what to expect.

Man that is a huge undertaking. You've definitely got a well built machine there, makes me want to tackle a 4bt swap one day. Keep up the good work!

Yeah either going to make some or,buy a pair. If you know of any good looking tube fenders let me know, most of the big brands I don't really like for some reason.

Check out C & C fab they are a small shop in Az and you can buy them from the shop or on eBay. I have their hood line front tube fenders.

Edit: sorry for the double pics, it won't let me delete one of them.
