Next I went with Metal Cloak rear fenders. You have to trim a little I used a cut off wheel. Pics of before and after cut also of amount I had to cut with 4" cut off wheel for reference. I did this because when I was I could not find any pictures of the amount that was required to cut.dscf0672-2-.jpg

Rear corners back from paint. I made a protective gasket from shower pan liner and spray on adhesive. I did the same with the rock rails.

I cut down the inner plastic fender and made a mini one to protect the rear from mud. I also painted the inner wheel wells black.

Its been a while since I have updated here is the jeep with wheels and the or fab tire carrier. I had to cut the bracket to make it fit with the led lights. They say not to do this but since I have armor it is bolted through I think it will be ok. The only other way I have seen it done is to weld it. But I have aluminum armor and steel bracket it is beyond my skill set

Good looking! You should update with wheeling pictures more often.

Bumper Redo
I was not happy with the bumper from previous owner. No D-rings, Hitch was low, I needed back-up lights, wanted solid frame mount. Here are my pics to my solution and new redo bumper. I got the clevis mount and frame mount from Eddie (BESERK) on the forum.

Nice work. I especially like the use of the shower pan liner on the rear corners.

And - that's my second favorite color for an '04 LJ!
