Where's your reverse LED xenon lights? I looked through and didn't see you post about them.

Can't wait to see those Rokmens set up Nick. Thoughts on paint? Black to match the SB corners or color matched?

Yea I haven't posted yet, just got them in the mail Friday and wired em up before I went away for the weekend and then forgot to take pics.

Will post up tomorrow at least the location of them, which I kinda f'ed up and they aren't even, but I don't really care. But now that I have the battery out to get the passenger fender in place, no lit up pics til the weekend sometime.

I really want to color match the silver, so that is the plan for now. If I go black I'll color match the half doors, as I don't want too much black.

But I will probably do the doors silver later on even if I do the fenders silver now... Just hate painting, so I'd rather do it once.

Got a shot of the reverse LED's that I installed to stay legal and make sure I don't back into sh*t. Copied B2CARPEN with these, since they were super bright. No night shots til I get the battery back in after highline install...

Edit: Here is the link to the lights: http://www.amazon.com/Custom-Anodize.../dp/B007PBPI68

Or just copy/paste the item description in amazon:

Got the passenger side highline in place, so this weekend its all set up to be welded! Man these are bada$s! Definitely need to find some cheap 35/37's or get around to selling my Trailblazer that is just sitting in the parents driveway... Then I could put that to some new MTR's and regear. That would be tit.

While I was at it I checked for where I'll be placing all the under the hood items that bolted to the inner fenders, should be all set, just will have to extend the washer bottle wiring, but fits nicely next to the brake fluid. Also cut down the CAI tube so that'll fit. It's getting there!

There are other ways of adding belly clearance without lifting your vehicle off the axles...like 40s, 42s, 44s, etc

Haha. Yea I'm pumped! And no, I haven't cut the hood yet... Maybe tomorrow, its the only part of the project that makes me a bit wary. But I'm sure it wont be too bad.

See I'm like pumped to cut my jeep up. The way I look at it is if I **** anything up TO bad. I mean you can get a new OEM hood form like 40$ lol. So I say go for gold.

No joke. The brightness of them was insane for their size.

I'd consider them, but I think I already found the 4" LEDs I'll go with, that has an integrated reverse light so you only have to drill once. They're made by a company called Maxxima LEDs and are $25-30 a piece.

Yea those are pretty cool. And not much more than what my setup cost me.

On another note, neighbor came by yesterday, got the Rokmen's all tacked up real good. and he's going to finish welding them up today. So pics to come later in the week! But they will hopefully be painted and on by the weekend!

Haven't cut my hood yet, but that might happen today along with picking up paint and getting the inners/trays painted up in the meantime.

Finally got around and cut my hood. Not as bad as I thought it would be, just went at it. Came out pretty good and nice and straight. Still waiting on the fenders, hopefully I'll get em back from my neighbor today/tomorrow, as I'd like to rap this prject up this weekend. At the latest I need to be done by next Thurs as I got a weekend of camping and wheelin'!

Also got some hood pins in the mail yesterday, might throw them on today, just need to find some hole saws that wont break the bank.

Pics up later.

Stil waiting on the fenders... But in the meantime I got the hood pins installed and battery tray/battery back in. So hopefully I should get the fenders back late tonite and this weekend they will get some paint and then its just as easy as bolting them up!

And some pics of the hood chop!
