You planning on the F&F weekend late June? Thats the place to be!
Whats the date of F&F?

With my house remodel and time crunch to move in I likely wont be able to wheel until mid to late May myself.

June 27-29th. I'll be going up Friday and staying thru Sunday. I believe we are planning a little cookout Sat night for our members as well.

There will be a couple other times that we can go up there as well, but that is our clubs reserved weekend. They do have an open to public weekend in mid May, I think the 17th? You have to check this place out, definitely an awesome time!

Ossipee NH.

Really cool build man and I know the exact spot you're talking about, my grandparents live 5 minutes away. Had no idea you could wheel up there, cool seeing local places. I'll be watching closely for that cj gate install, I've been holding onto one for a while.

Over the weekend got the cage all painted:

And after ripping out the airline/sensor the other week and the fitting is all rotted out, I decided since it would be easier to remove the axle to drill out the fitting. That way I can just run the airline thru the pumpkin like my buddy has done instead of the airline on either side. Since its out, now is the time to drag the axles over to my buddy for a regear/chromo axle upgrade!

Welp just picked up these guys. Found someone looking to trade for stock seats plus $50. A couple years old but ever since the kid put them in, the Jeep mostly sat in the driveway, so not worn at all, just a bit faded from the sun. We swapped full seats/brackets so they just bolted right up no problem. Couldn't pass that up..

Pretty comfy and definitely hold you in. A little short since they are the SS's but good enough for me as I mostly just use the Jeep for wheelin'. Down the road I'll tie them into the cage, but for now they will do.

Quite the steal indeed. I can't wait to see the rig again it's been a long time. Those seats are probably perfect for a midget such as myself.

Definitely a steal! Makes it even easier to justify upgrades to the wife!

I've been meaning to do a run with NSJ's but the timing of the runs always conflicts with another run I already planned or something else..

Its kinda funny seeing myself in the seat, compared to my wife, whom makes it look massive as she is tiny! I guess I could always get just one seat to replace mine, keep the passenger seat and move mine to the back and do a removeable 3rd seat right in the middle?

You would have been bored this weekend anyways. Anything less than OFR or MaBell are not really worth the gas for you.

What kind of control arms do you have in your Jeep there?

Ya, Bob got it.. Have em off since the rear axle is out for regear. Buddy just got started on it, so a little longer. He told me last night the carrier bearings are all f'd up. Asked if the rear was noisy, but the rig has been quiet/smooth as can be.. Weird. So perfect timing on my end.

Then the front has to come out. Can't wait to drive it!

What a snag on those seats...

Cage looks awesome painted. I really like the idea of disco'ing the windshield - I wanna say IH8PPL is looking to/has done something like that on his LJ I can't remember off the top of my head

Finally got around to doing the locker bypass mod.... Easiest thing I've ever done, practically. I added two switches, one for each locker in the empty block next to the factory locker switch. I did the one where there is no safety and I can engage either locker, separately, in any mode.

Thanks man. Yea, I want to get jumping on the windshield disco soon, but got a few other things to wrap up first.

I don't have the O/D off and Axle Lock switches just the defroster and wiper. Again I don't have the Rubicon.
