I hear ya. I was not going to put them on till they were matched. I was also contemplating a pro paint job, but do not want to drop the $$ on it right now. If they really start to bug me, then maybe I'll reconsider.

Welp. Not the best spray bomb job. They looked like they matched much better, while they were still a bit wet, but now they are off enough to kinda bug me, but good enough for the time being. The clear also isn't as glossy or deep looking. I should try to buff them, but have a feeling I'd F it up worse.

Took the Jeep out yesterday. Had to of been one of the funnest day out so far!

A couple guys tried this with no luck, but I made it first shot with just the perfect line and momentum.

In the pic below, after he tried several times, I gave it a shot and eventually made it up! Only person to make it up this so far, as its a new trail. Did smash in the end of the A to Z bumper pretty good, once I got to the top as there was a tree right there, haha.

Yea kinda. It's town land but the club has access to wheeling it. You'll see quads, dirtbikes, mtn bikers all out there as well.

So far my favorite place I've been in the New England area and its 20 min from my door.

And yea, Jeep performed very well, happy with how it sits right now.

The carnage my bumper faced...

And what I did to fix it.

Yea, its the A to Z plate. I bent it when I got to the top of this obstacle below. I am the first to make it so far, since its a newer trail, and at the top there is a big rock on the left side and a tree to the right. I just caught the tree once I got up, since it took a good amount of wheel speed to get up and wasn't able to sneak between the rock and the tree.

I also did just barely unseat the rear drivers tire as it slid across the rock on the left, but was able to thru some air back in and reseat it before I got going again. I was planning to box those corners in on the bumper but for now I just cut them off and eventually will like to make some end caps to cover the ends of the Antirock a bit tho.

It does have holes for the winch... I've just been lazy and haven't taken the winch plate off yet from when I had the stinger bumper on there. That's all haha.

A little video I put together. I really need to find a good spot for the GoPro on the rig. I have a ton of other footage, but not worth posting...

Looks fun, must have been a hard hit on the bumper because mine feels rock solid. Get those tabs welded up!

Yea, a great time! One of the club members even fried up a couple turkeys for lunch! So good.

And yea, I just haven't had access to a good welder. Like yours, the gap is huge and I want to get a good, strong weld on them. Eventually...

Yeah, I was a little concerned about that. I brought it to the local metalworking shop and they put down some strong looking welds and cut them down to size for only $30
