Its sorta a jeep.

Started out as a 97 tj. Long story short turned into a tube chassis buggy. ordered new meats for it. New vs. Old unmounted 42" pittbull rocker vs. 39.5 irok.

Maybe you could elaborate on that story some. What are the future plans? Got any other side shots of the tilted grill and how it is mounted? And sexy hood.

it originally it belonged to a friend of mine. he had rolled and flopped it so many times everything was bent or tweaked on the body and frame. we talked him in to using the jeep to build a buggy out of it. we ordered lots of tubing and started bending tube. 3 months later we had a running buggy.

I ended up with it because he owed me a little bit of money, and we made out a deal.

the plans are still a little bit undecided. a few things that i know for sure that i will be doing
1. on board air with factory a/c compressor
2. rock lights and led light bars, and a freaking dome light. it never fails ill be night wheeling at a new park and need to look at the map and have to climb out and use the head lights.
3. spare tire rack on the back
4. remote fuel fill
5. turning brakes
6. RCV's or 35 spline chromoly shafts machined for extra turning radius
Even though it doesnt really need it i would like to have more power. i cant decide if i want to drop in a LS engine or build a 4.9 stroker engine.
I have also thrown around the idea of building a rear steer axle.
