I didnt make a complete build thread back then cause I just didn't think about it at the time.
Its been a work in progress ever since I got it new in 04.
Put a 4" lift and 33's on her acouple of weeks after getting it.
Decided the 4" wasn't enough and went to a 6" and 35's, oh yeah and some tube fenders after bashing in the driverside front fender.
Hammered on her for awhile and found that the lower control arms just could handle the abuse. The stock rear air locker couldnt take it either. So after the second stock locker failed I swapped in a Currie hi-9 in the back with an ARB.
Did a stretch, rear 4 link, custom control arms, 36" IROK's, Champion beadlocks, Rockhard cage, and MaterCraft Baja RS seats. After breaking two sector shafts I also did a PSC steering box.
After all this I thought I was about done.
Boy was I wrong.Went to watch the first TREC race and ended racing in it instead.
Last race of 09 I made the front axle kinda smile at ya.
So I saved my nickles and started building a front 609 axle.
Its got 2.5x16 King c/o's up front and 2x14" airs in the back(got 2.5x14 c/o's for the back to install still). PSC hydro assist, detriot locker, Currie 9" center section, f450 bj inner c's, Currie hi-9 third member, chevy outer knuckles, Mile Marker lock outs, and some Trail ready steel beadlocks. (broke an aluminum beadlock in one of the races).
Also hi lined the tube fenders up front.

I got this stage done in April '11 the proceeded to race and break her almost every race.
The worst was this.
Did I mention that I was learning how to weld on the front axle build.
Had to tweak a few things but it seems to be holding together now.
Anyway, this my condensed build thread. Its still a work in progress. Belive it or not she has under 18k miles on her.
