Thanks and now I can see where the sway bar links could interfere with the high steer knuckle/drag link mount.

Gonna try and do this so I don't keep blowing solenoids due to what the article calls warn's 1940s designs.

Don't sacrifice your sway bar for a different steering setup........

But FYI, you don't have to. There is always a way to make everything fit. Look at how Hendrix did his on the truck and also take a look at Blaine's WJ swaps. There's always a way.

OlllllllO

I will have the torsion bar on the axle housing itself before the AR comes off the jeep. I love that little sucker too much to let it go. I mentioned doing something similar to Hendrix's on the previous page of the build. I also watched UA 07 last night where two people were running the exact same setup (single shear, sleeved bolt mounted to the top of the axle housing). All of the setups like this (that I have seen) have used coilover on the front ends tho, so I am not sure exactly how it will work to get the trackbar past the coils on my rig.

I have not studied to many of Blaine's swaps. If you have a link, I would love to take a look. I will google it too.

Well, maybe this TB will work and I will not have to change my steering and all that other junk involved with it.

http://www.currieenterprises.com/ces...t.aspx?id=3488

It is specific to the dana 30 with 2" of lift made for clearance. Only problem is, it will require drilling. So if this doesn't work, I will be in the custom category for sure.

What trackbar are you running currently? Just got to drill the taper out the frame mount. If you have to go back, I think they make inserts.
