Ok here is what you have
89 YJ wrangler frame in great condition with Rubicon express 4.5" extreme lift kit.
A real nice T-18 transmission with the 6.3-1 1st gear
A real nice Dana 20 that was original to the T-18 front output on passenger side
Nice Rear Dana 44 from a Grand Wagoneer with centered diff that needs re-gearing for 33" tires.
Front Dana 44 from Grand Wagoneer with drivers side diff that needs re-gearing for 33" tires.
Now is decision making time.
Would you keep the T-18/Dana 20, put in the rear Wagoneer Dana 44 and buy a new front Dana 44 with passenger side diff and use the Wagoneer 44 front for something else? Why? What other 44 front swap options?
