I got a question

Can someone tell me if the wheel base is the same between a 1979 cj7 and a 1948 cj2a, i was thinking about buying a cj2a body and putting it on my cj7 frame

I am going to say no, it probably won't fit without a bunch of changes. From what I understand, the 7's were somewhere around 10"-13" longer than the CJ 5's, so you'll have to probably modify the frame to accept the tub.
