How to do gears on 8.8

Does anyone have a link or good instructions of some sort on how to do gears and shim and measure everything for an 8.8 with a LSD? The instructions that came with the new gears aren't that great.

There isn't anything unusual about the 8.8 than your typical D30, D44 etc.
