I dont get how this would be an awesome build? Its not going to be really custom, the guy is just rebuilding a jeep that was a piece of crap, and it wont look any different than any other jeep on the road after he's done.

The end piece might not be different looking to any other person on the road. Just the dedication, time, and love for the Jeep to rebuild it back up after it's been burnt to pieces is what makes it a awesome build. Anyone can just buy parts and bolt them on, this guy has to do a lot more work to get it looking like any other Jeep. Good luck on the build

He's in over his head and is too embarassed to inform everyone after all the hype. Its a newer jeep so there wont be as much second hand items available at scrap yards for a cheap enough price to rebuild.

Man, you guys are impatient. He last updated 6/26, 21 days ago. You've seen the amounts of work that thing needs, give it time. And, money doesn't grow on trees, I know that would be my biggest obstacle taking on a challenge like this.

But, I wouldn't mind an update either.

wheels didnt look too bad... seat looks a little uncomfortable though. should be awesome when your done. the only thing i wonder about is the strength of the frame, if the fie weakened it at all...

Have fun. cant wait to see it when its done

Damn, I come in here and read all 10 pages and get pumped for updates on each page only to find out in the end its just a big bucket of fail.

Seriously hope he's just forgetful. I want this build to live on.
