Well the 8.8 is in and the 4.88 gears are perfect!! So much better than the 3.07s I was running around on. The Aussie is barely noticeable unless I try to lock it up around bends so I am very pleased, I can't wait to try out the lockers and gears!

Well I spent the weekend at topless for tatas 6 at rausch creek and really put my jeep through its paces and was impressed in every way! The lockers worked flawlessly and let me go places I couldn't even have dreamed of going open. I never felt unstable and I was definitely in some off camber and steep situations. And after two days of hard wheeling the only damage was some rock rash on my wheels! And I know how much everyone like pics and footage so here you go.

Well it does not look like anything is going to be done to the jeep for a while. I leave October 1st for Utah for a 2 year mission for my church. But I am going out again this weekend at a local place called outback offroad adventure for a BDS sponsored event so there will be some coverage of that. The only thing that may be put on the jeep before I leave is a new gas tank skid. At my Rausch Creek trip I hit it pretty hard and it was already weakened by 17 years of rust so it currently has a strap on it just in case so that my gas tank doesn't fall out

Well my last wheeling trip for a long time was a big success! Took my buddy out who had never been wheeling before and now he's hooked haha but came out pretty unscathed except for my passenger factory step which I am honestly surprised it has made it this far
