Hi everyone! I joined the thread about a month ago and I would like to show my jeep and the progression of it! I am getting a 04 LJ as a first car and I can't wait until I'm 16 to be able to drive it and say I built that jeep! So anyone who wants to follow this long and empty wallet build is welcome! And any recommendations or advice is welcome.

I know jeeps are not cars I could of said first jeep but it could of been interpreted as first jeep ever. Jeeps are better than cars!

She looks good. Sounds like a good goal to shoot for.

I was lurking your thread and I was drooling from the beginning. She sure doesn't look like a daily driver! It's amazing!

Thanks man. It is a buggy/crawler/expedition/dd. I'm either indecisive or confused.

Looks like you're off to a good start. Just curious, what gears are you running?

I'm running stock 3.73s. My dad drives the jeep 60 miles a day and goes through a tank every 3 days and that's equivalent to 11-12 mpg. We're going to change gears soon. I thought 4.88s on a 4 speed automatic would be good for 33s until 35s? Opinions anyone?
