I've been keeping track of my build on the XJ tech forum for that past couple of months but decided to send it to the right section.

Here is the link to everything i have done up to this point

Fixed a few things up today..

I've seen this and always wanted to do it. i doubt the extinguisher is big enough to do much.

Finally took the time to paint the trim and put the fender flares back on

before after

all pretty again

just go to home depot and pick up some Rustoleum textured plastic paint. It has the same rough feel as the 1/4 panel gaurds and bumper end caps. I layered very thin layers.

I keep forgetting about this thread, I've been posting up my build in the XJ tech forum

Here's a little update...

Did an interior LED conversion

Tint matched the front windows

And built some fog lights.

Basically what i did with the lights is, put the hardware of the $17 AAP driving lights, along with some Silverstar bulbs, into some old OEM fog light casings. This way I could have aftermarket lighting in the stock location with the best stock fit. I have some pics, might do a write up.

I don't know if the pre 96 tailights are the same way, but on mine, you can unscrew the top bolt and mount the antenna with an angle bracket.

The Cb itself... unscrew the sun visors. Then take a piece of plywood, like 6inx6in, and stick it between the headliner and roof, this is what the mounting screws will go in to.
