Help - where does this part go?!?

Hi everyone. I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee which I purchased a skyjacker 3" lift for. I went to the shop to check on progress and it is looking great(in the rear, new leaf springs on) but the front the mechanic is having a small problem. He doesn't know where a little bracket part is supposed to go.

Here are two pictures of the part in question, and where my mechanic thinks it may go.

or... somewhere else?

That would be a track bar relocation bracket. The top mounts to the track bar, and the bottom mounts to where the trackbar was mounted on the axle. It will be one of the furthest down things on the left side once installed.
