Phase I nearly completed, rock hard safety cage and skip plates are on order, LOD rock rails are being installed and the srt-8 seats will be in shortly as well.

I ended up extending in Iraq a couple more months to finish it up while Im away. will be in states for a couple of days to check it out and do some light wheelling. Phase II and III will start in August and should be finished up by Christmas. I plan on doing a cross country trip with it for a couple of months finishing off in Moab next Easter.

added the Tuffy Security Deck Enclosure, the Cobra 75 WX ST, and a 102" Whip Antenna to the Phase I list. gotta secure the subs, receive trail chat with the CB, and get the "Redneck Stamp of Approval" with the classic whip antenna

Phase I is about to wrap up. so long as i stop adding stuff to it. it will make an appearance at the Project-JK West Coast Mega Meet 2009 on June 27th. the suspension is good to go now. skid plates arrived and are to be installed early next week. seats are installed but having issues with the wiring. safety cage is in paint now. sway bar skid is on back order though.

im having a hell of a time finding another set of '07 300c srt seats. was hoping for find another front set to get them installed. also wanting to get rid of the hard top and get a wild boar fastback top. thought i had it sold but no reply from a possible buyer recently.

im really looking forward to finally seeing this JK in person again. its been far too long since i drove it. just 1 more month and ill be waving at the rest of our community again. this time in a built JK.

oh and i put in a request for more pics and a side profile along with it sitting next to a stocker. we'll see what i get this monday or tuesday.

It's not a stock D30

One hell of a build, but if you're going through all the effort, why not go for some beefy axles?
