Looking good. Can't wait to see the lift finished. Check out my build thread in my signature. I just did my 4.5" RC AAL and put 33's on the HEEP.

when I bought my white one, it already had a 3" lift on it using blocks and shackle out back and a combo of 1" and 2" coil spacers up front. I have the RE 3.5" superflex awaiting to go on

When I'm home on break, which I am now, I'm in Central Ohio, about an hour north of Columbus. And when I'm at school I'm up in Bowling Green.

Well I got the front end all done. I need to adjust my trac-bar a bit more though. I got all my u-bolts off and decided to call it a night when I was getting stuck on the dreaded rear upper shock mounts. If anyone has any ideas on the best way to approach these things that would be awesome. If I can get them out without breaking them; cool. How exactly do they go in? Do the bolts screw into the frame or is it a nut and bolt combo?

Okay, so the lift is done. I'll get pics up soon. Now I have some terrible death wobble around 40 mph. Ya'll think an alignment will cure that? I've never experienced the wobble before, it was quite terrifying...haha

Okay here are the finished pics... Now I just need to get an alignment, badly, and then I should be good. BTW, how long is it okay to drive with some drive line vibs???
Before...

After...

Before from the rear...

After from the rear...

One more for good measure...
All in all it took me four days to complete this lift, with some help from my dad and some words of wisdom from a mechanic friend of ours. Now I just need to get the alignment done and get my wheels. I'm going to go to Jegs after the holiday to get some D-windows, and I'll just keep my current tires on there because there is still a good amount of tread left on those bad boys. Oh yes it did snow of over the four days it took me to complete this, you can tell by the pics. Enjoy!

i'd keep the stock wheels and get tires! thatll make it look 10x better than the same size tire and d-widows. just IMHO. lookin good though!

+1 and they don't need to be new. Just start scouring CL. You might even be able to find a deal on some already mounted I got my 33's for $300

I don't know, call me crazy, but I kinda like the look of a lift with smaller tires. I'll start searching CL to see what I can find.
