From what I can tell, it's 33" from inside of frame rail to inside of frame rail where the stock mounts usually are. It might be narrower, so bust out the tape measure to make sure (I'd do it but I'm far away from my rig). Then measure the distance from the ground to the LCA mount at the frame (center of the bolt) and do the same for the UCA mount. Repeat this at the axle and make sure to measure the same way at the axle end and also their horizontal separation. Measure the panhard bar and link lengths and you should have everything you need to plug into the calc.

I guess I should update this

Found some beadlocks on craigslist that I couldn't pass up-

Made the krawlers W I D E but even more stable. I shouldn't need spacers up front now but I might use them to get even more steering out of it. We'll see.

Crane cover for the d30 to match the one on the 8.8 (pic from poly performance)

Two 0 degree and two 10 degree poly performance high clearance lower link mounts

Some ball joint dana 60 inner Cs for that rainy day when I make a 1 ton front end

spare np435 since the one I got has a cracked case and top cover, waggy pitman arm too

one HUGE 1-1/4 bolt for my upper on the front

some LH JJs

I got some rusty's forged joints that take OEM bushings that I'm gonna try for a while

4 heretic fab 4340 lower links

Built half of my workbench with free lumber

picked up a 60 gallon air compressor, HF 20 ton press, and 16 speed drill press

I don't think I ever went over my build plans! Here's what I'm doing right now:

Complete np435/d300 swap behind the 4.0
AA adapter kit with shaft
homebrew flipped dana 300
twin stick'd
4 cyl CJ7 clutch slave cylinder
Ford/Jeep 10.5" 1-1/16" 10 spline clutch
AA or Novak pilot bushing
Ford/Jeep throw out bearing
T176 bellhousing, homebrew machining for CPS

3 link front
upper on driver's side
JJ on the upper, pressed into the housing
1-1/4 joints everywhere
28" long lowers
slightly longer uppers
multiple positions for adjustment of AS
2-3" stretch
panhard

I might make it a 4 link with panhard

4 link rear
4-5" stretch
triangulated uppers
JJs and bushings with 1-1/4 everywhere
~30" lowers
slightly longer uppers
multiple positions for AS
no sway bar
outboard shocks
gas tank "dimple" mod

HP30 will be getting polished a little bit more

gears and carrier will be sent to bobby long for cryo
Crane cover
RCVs
custom truss, bracing, gussets
Spicer ball joints when it needs 'em
Lockright or Aussie/Spartan if it starts acting up again or I destroy it
more steering, shooting for 40 degrees
