Figured I'd start a build thread to keep track of all this...
Here's my 2005 Electric Lime Green TJ. Bought her with 46k in January of '09, has a shade over 60k now. Drove it a lot when I first got it, heh. She's got the 4.0 I6, 42RLE auto, Dana 44 in the rear, and hard and soft tops. She had been sitting on the lot for months, so the dealer was willing to play ball. Everything a guy who had no clue about Jeeps could have possibly lucked into. I would've liked the manual, but the auto treats me just fine. I had never owned a Jeep before, nor had anybody in my immediate family, but I always dug 'em.
First picture I saw of her, on the dealer's website... fell in love.
Bone stock, but she's mine!
First mod, Cragar rims and 31" tires... Michelins, really not the greatest A/T's, but they were dirt cheap!
Ready for action! Silver Lake Sand Dunes, summer '09.
Got a pair of KC SlimLites for Christmas, installed them last week. Love 'em!
And, finally... some adhesive horsepower!
Thanks for lookin...
