Grand Cherokee ZJ Diesel BUILD THREAD

Hi my name is Dario and i'm typing from Italy.
I subrisbed for sharing with you my build project of my Diesel ZJ, an engine only for europe market. I love that because she born from factory with an AX15 5-speed manual gearbox, that i prefer for offroad purposes.
I've bought many years ago, ever stock from 45k miles to 100k miles. After i'm approciated to offroad world with first training, and i go to 2.5in BB lift and stock mud tyres.
At today, my ZJ has equipped by a 4.5in Rough Country lift kit, with four spring, front and rear adj track-bars, t-case drop, extended front sway bar links, 4-6in pitman arm and RC Shocks.
My axles is an open Dana30 in front, and Dana35 LSD in rear, but last week i've destroyed my rear spider gears and i've replaced with an open Dana35c, because i need the car for a Mud Experience event, and an open carrier is easely suitable with a Spartan Locker.
Before trying any control arms solution for a better flex droop, i want to write you a question; many lift kit or many build like 4/5in lift (like first step of RYANVISION link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4oLNY0ncVM, and http://www.fourwheeler.com/how-to/su...d-cherokee-zj/) come with fixed lower arms and stock upper, but pinion angle? I know that the best way is all adj arms, but i don't want to spend money for a short arm setup, and i want to know all secret of lift geometry before going on long arm setup.
Like this, i trying lower WJ arms that are little lenghten for study geometry reaction.

I've two more question:

- What's stronger axle, dana35 or dana44a? i want to put 33 safely for more ground clearance. At this moment i've 31 tyres for hard weeling and no issue.

- What do you think about spartan locker?

Sorry for my bad English, please reply in easy terms for my best understanding. Thanks.

Try Aussie for locker, much better reputation and easy installation based on my own experience.

As for axles try a super 35 kit. More than strong enough for 33s in hard wheeling
