Are you disco'd in those flex pics? Now i have to show mine off

Have not disonnected yet.
I'm just trying to work the springs a little. Getting 5" is cool when you only paid for 3.5" but with my bad back I have trouble getting in and out of it.

Following your build, and your Jeep looks great so far. My dad has a Rubihara too, but unfortunately is selling it at the end of this summer

Why & which of the 1000 is his Jeep?
Is he signed up on the registry? http://www.rubiconsahara.com/?page_id=16 We're finding more and more of them. You'll notice 1 or 2 from Europe.
Maybe you can talk him into storing it. My son has already placed dibbs on my Jeep and I'm not even in the grave yet, hell I'm only 48.

Will do. Maybe next week while everyone in town is celebrating the Lakers championship I can sneak out of town for awhile.
Question for you Garbs. Does the RC lift come with extended front brakelines? In your picture the brake line looks like it has no available slack. Is it the camera angle? That is a lot of flex for a 2.5" suspension.....looks good.

No on the brake lines, they are stock. I did check to see if they were tight and still had slack. That was as much flex as i can get and they were within about 1" of being pulled tight. I got lucky I also plan on increasing the bumpstop when i got to 33's So i will loose a little flex, but i should still have enough for the type of wheeling i do.

10-4
I'll be going with 33's also. I really want to go with 305/70/16's (12.5" wide) vs 285/75/16 (11.5" wide) both of which are 33" tall. With the 5" offset of the stock MOAB's I'll be limited to the 285's. I don't want to run the MOAB's with 1.25" spacers as they are just pushed out to far for my liking. Hopefully the deal for my new wheels works out tomorrow and then I can run the 305's.

Its #331 I think..I would love for him to store it, but I have no idea where we would put it. I also don't even know if he can afford to keep it in storage as he might need the money from it for a truck. Me and him can talk about it more and see what we can come to. He really does not want to sell it either.
As far as buying it from him, I can't haha. I'm broke and paying off a debt. I also already have a Jeep right now, but if I were to sell mine, I would take his next haha!

I went through 3 jeeps very quickly until I found the one to my liking. I would strongly suggest to you, if your father's jeep is something you would want, do whatever it takes to get it. Shoot him, bury him in the backyard and then change the ownership. If you say it was gift there's no charge, at least in California. That's my sons plan anyways. He told me so.
On a serious note, you will kick yourself in the *** later if you let this Jeep get away. These Sahara's don't come around very often. I don't know..................trade your dad straight up plus some cash and let him sell yours? Think of something!

Ya never know, in fifteen to twenty years they could turn out to be collector's like these:

I don't have a Sahara Edition but I picked up a '06 Rubicon Unlimited, with just 20,000 miles on it a couple weeks ago. The PO put some type of lift on it, I have no idea which at there's no lables. You mentioned in a earlier post you gained 5", do you happen to remember the stock height and what you measured it at?
Your's looks killer, up the updates coming.
