Do you have anymore picture of how you did your first tj's front fender/hood set up. It looks pretty trick.

The whole point of this build is that I don't have the time and space to set up a whole tube chassis. I've got a Cj tub already for that build. This is supposed to be a quick build so I can get back out wheelin till I'm better set up to build the buggy I want. Obviously there are a lot of faster cheaper easier ways I could have built it, and at times I've told myself this is real close to getting out of hand. Buuuuuut if I'm gonna spend the time and money building something besides the buggy I've wanted for over a year now, it's gonna be a little over the top and exactly how I want it.

When he gets through I don't think I'd call it a unibody any more. He's basically building frame rails around the original unibody. Well, since it's all welded and integrated with the original body supports, I guess it is technically still a unibody... a darn TOUGH one!

Never thought id ever build a unibody rig for myself... Built enough for others to not really wanna build anymore. Buuuut of all the choices I think I picked the right one.

Still using the same one. The "torch" blade from home depot, best blade for metal I've found. Used a fair bit of cut off wheels tho.

It better be tough! It's gonna see some hard use when it's finished!

Thanks for the replys so far, took a 2 week vacation for the holidays so I'll be back in TX after the 6th and should be back on it ASAP!
