GC 5.2 to YJ

Hi people...
i havce question.
My yj has enine 4.0gc,...good working.
But we will change engine 4.0 to 5.2.
Problem is,how i can use MEGA SHORT eliminator kit,im using now on 231 (4.0 wrangler) transfer case??
5.2 has: engine trranssmision overdrive transfercase.....
can i use overdrive 4.0 on 5.2?and change transfer cases to use MEGA SHORT eliminator?
problem is cause i have mega short eliminator and i would like to use it....
and 5.2 engine is completely longer than 4.0...
all infos ,ill be very happy...
