Front Axle

Alright, so i got a lift kit installed on my 98 Grand Cherokee Laredo and my front axle seems to be positioned or aligned wrong. i put 33" tires and a 4 inch Rough Country lift kit on my jeep and i have rubbing on the front passengers back side of the wheel well and not rubbing at all on the drivers side at all. now i have cut out some of the metal where it is rubbing, that helped alot but i still have rubbing here and there when i take a sharp turn. corner of tire still rubs by just a little bit.. i was wondering if possibly i have an actual steering alignment issue or is my eccentric bolts on control arms are adjusted wrong or if something else is causing this..
