Here are a few pics of it back together, notice the gold plate thing around the tranny area is NOT covered by the center console, be sure to mask it off and shoot around it or do something about it so it doesn't look goofy.

I also have some A to Z rockers on the way

Which length? I just installed some wheel well to wheel well A to Z rocker guards a few weeks ago. They're awesome.

Wheel-well to wheel-well, with tube-step and the tube-brace instead of the logo for durability reasons.

I'm going to paint them matte black and probably find something to stick to the top of the step for grip... sandpaper or grip-tape for skateboards. I'll never hear the end of it if my fiance slips and busts a shin on them

Nice build and looks great!
Have you had to do anything with your brake lines?

Thanks, and only in the front. The FT kit comes with brake-line drop brackets.

Update:

Lookey what I got today

Thanks again to Zach for getting them out ridiculously fast! The welds are top-notch and I put a waterbottle in a couple pics for size comparison(look at the underside coverage!)

Here is how they arrived:

After about 2 minutes of ripping through cardboard and a clusterfunk of packing tape... I find another box:

Another 3 minutes of fiddling around with umpteen layers of tape and cardboard, and they're peeking out:

Weld:

Underside coverage:

Tube and spacing size comparison:

Hopefully I'll get these bad boys painted this weekend, I'm not sure if install will happen or not, my girl wasn't too happy about the entire weekend of tearing the inside of my Jeep apart to line the tub so I think I owe her a weekend.

They've been on since yesterday, the Rustoleum I used didn't really come out the way I wanted it to, it's real hard to get it one nice even coat. I'll probably find some kind of decent bumper paint to go over them when I get the chance.

Thanks for the comments you guys!

o2tj - could you PM me some pictures of the back of your Jeep? I remember you had some kind of a storage rack or somethingback there, I'm thinking about making one myself.

Just a heads up to anyone thinking about ordering a Poison Spyder steering box skid, they've since gone from a laser cut-out logo like the one shown in thread to one that is just laser etched, i.e. not cut all the way through.

That's good to know, I thought it was weird that they would be all the way through, at least not on an armor product

Anyways, there's a Jeep show next week and for my birthday my fiance paid for my registration in the show and on the obstacle course. Today I started claybaring my Jeep as there is tons of crap stuck on it. Feeling the hood felt almost like sandpaper. I only got the hood and front fenders and grill done, but the results are awesome. I waxed them afterwards of course. I took a few pics before anything(just washed and dried), after claying, and after waxing:

Well here's pics of the rear driveshaft u-joint I killed at the Starr Motors Jeep and Truck show/obstacle course last weekend!

I did this on an uphill muddy climb while hopping over logs with a bit of skinny pedal.

And here is BESRK's(aka Eddie) tire carrier waiting for paint and install... it's freaking snazzy. Will probably be a week or two until I get around to it.
