Update

This was the only thing missing on the jeep. The front driver side fender, I have been to every salvage yard around and can't seemed to find one. I have looked at the Bushwhacker but it seems to me that they are more in the way than good. Any one know of a replacement? I really don't want to cut unless I have to.

Thanks

So I got the side moldings off, I plan on rhino liner the kick panels. When doing this, do you do the underneath on the unibody?

Hey I really need some help here if someone can reply. I can't get the CAT off the head pipe, I don't have a torch to cut it off and I don't have the funds to take it somewhere. Any Suggestions?

LOL yeah came to my mind. I'm scared to hammer on it to much, I've heard of people cracking their headers. I plan on replacing them but I would like to get my lift first. I think I might try to dremel the pipe of the CAT and pry it back piece by piece.

OK got that done. Ended up buying a Bosch grinder at Lowe's on sale for 40.00 with 6 blades. Made to cuts on each side of the end and pried them up. Install was pretty simple. Night and Day difference with IN CAB noise. Now just waiting on the Lift.

I'm looking at tires now I have it narrowed between GY Duratracs and Super Swamper Truxus. On the 4.5 rough country what has everyone been running? I'm thinking about 33x12.50x15, I also thought about 32's any opinoins?

I have a 4" lift with 33 Duratracs on 15's. I cut my fenders in the front and trimmed and tucked the rears. No issues with rubbing.

How wide 12.5 or 11.5? Also how do you like those duratracs?

About the fender, I'd check a local junkyard or craigslist (if anyone's selling parts off an old jeep)

Yeah I have been looking in every junk yard. I even went to Saint Louis about 2 hours away so i could look there. Columbia Mo only has one and they want $70 for a used old one. I laughed at them.

I have only put around 1000 miles on them, but really like how they handle on and off road. They are my first brand new tires on this xj so I have yet to see what its really like to have brand new tread in the rocks, snow, mud and desert. They are 12.50 x 15.
