(long) list of things currently broken/ in need of repair:
1. Need to replace blower motor resistor
2. (This Pisses Me off) Lock on center console (which also rattles like crazy) fell off, and does not want to go back on for some reason.
3. HORRIBLE rattle on the dash where the speedo is
4. Right tail light has broken bulb EDIT: BROKEN WIRE
5. Custom Locker Toggle switch has an LED out.
6. I have no f***ing idea how to turn on the extra blue lights that this guy before me stuck on the bumper for no reason, or what they are for.
7. The man before me stuck extra orange lights on hard top (looks good from outside) inside there are wires all over the roof.
8. The front right and rear windshield wipers need to be replaced.
9. I don't know if this is normal but in first and second gear it sounds like there is a ton of really fast clicking coming from the axle or something.
*Thats about it, and i look foward to getting these things fixed. Pics In next post.
RED MARKS DONE

Looks like reverse lights to me . With the key in the ignition but the engine off put the transmission in reverse and see if they come on .

Wire loom and velcro will clean it up . Though it will slow down the removal of the top . You can remove the lights and fill the holes with a stainless steel bolt . Just make sure to seal them as you install them .

This could be potentially scary as my 6 speed doesnt make any noise . At the bare minimum a fluid change should be in order . Dont use just any gear oil . I got mine from the dealer as it is transmission specific , but some of the guys on the forum have been using Amsoil / Redline products .

Was any of the above disclosed before you purchased ? If not did you get it below blue book ?

Nice Rubi you got there! I'm on the North Shore also with a Silver Rubi, just not quite a big!

As for the lights on the rear, they must be some type of aux reverse light, I'd guess. Any switches on the inside that you dont know what they are for? Or maybe they aren't hooked up somewhere, try tracing the wiring?

Thanks! There arent any switches on the inside relating to those lights. I'll try tracing the wiring
Right now I am going to get a tail light, windshield wipers, and some screws for the dash.

The wiring is a complete maze. It goes from the light, down the frame, up the inside from the rear, around the rollbar, down the rollbar and then into a hellish jumble of wires.
It still remains a mystery. Adding onto a list of things to do……
1. Spiff up the inside. Person before me put POR-15 on about 30 percent of it.
2. New weather stripping. Swimming pool sized hole on left door and tears all over right door
3. Make wires for aux lights on hardtop have a plug leading up. Wires need to be stripped so im heading to You-Do-It electronics tomorrow.
4. Found out source of dash rattle- Where two screws WERE there are breaks in the plastic that holds the dash down. The dash needs to be replaced.
5. Oil filter needs to be changed.
6. Idiot light is currently ON. Need to check everything and see if something is wrong.
7. Need to identify axles, as they do not appear to be stock.

That covers today's inspection i think… yaay...
