Nice progress bud, why not stretch the front some while you are there, when it's all said and done you'll like that a whole lot better.
Or be like my wheelin bud stretch it 4 times before you are happy. I did it once called it good and ended up at the same spot he did, saved me a bunch of money and time, just saying. I wanted the sucker to climb and it does that pretty well

going 2-3 forward, looking for 108 WB. Thats about as far as I can go with hydro assist, and not tweaking the steering box.

108 isn't bad, starting to get you in happy territory

Got any idea when it's going to be trail ready?

great work...love the rims...and jackstands are evil...they attach themselves to yer jeep and wont let go...I believe they are in cahoots with the drunken fab gnomes...you know the ones that come out at night and move all your stuff around so you cant find it in the morning...

drunken fab gnomes!!! First I've heard of them, but I do believe I may have a few!

Got the front axle done today (except the hubs) I couldn't help myself, I had to roll a wheel in and see what wheelbase I ended up with...

Was aiming for 108, I'm at 107.5 with tons of room on the JJs, I'll push it out later to 108

Pics!
Notched the frame for the track bar to clear at full stuff

Checkin the looks of the stretch.

I'll set it to around 23"

Front is still on jack stands, so I can't dial in the coil overs yet.

Haha, Nothing worth taking pictures of. Front axle is set, welded, painted and good to go.
Had to buy full chromo front shafts, I got 35 spline Yukon outers from ECGS and they didn't jive with the stock inners, only got about 30* turning out of them, so I had to call ECGS and ask them WTF is up?? They ended up selling me a full set of chromo shafts for a few bills more. - I didnt wanna spend the money, and really didnt wanna take the spindles apart again cos D60 hubs/spindles with them dumb pin-in-the-hole-washer things suck... but the new ones are in and all is good.

If I haul *** I might have the front and rear off jack stands tomorrow. I'm ordering Tom Woods drive shafts monday.

Soon man, soon.
