Death Wobble

Please help. What causes the death wobble? I have replaced my steering stabilizer four times and now have a dual rough country stabilizer. I still have the Death Wobble. My trac bar is a stock one and the bushings inside of it are shot. I am getting a new one today will this fix it? Thanks
